Deedee was a school nurse.[1] She was first introduced in Ender's Game.

Deedee assisted a doctor in removing Ender Wiggin's monitor from the back of his neck. She said she was too weak to hold the struggling boy as he experienced a seizure during the removal procedure.[1]
Personality
Deedee appeared to be humble, as she was able to say without issue that she wasn't strong enough to hold down Ender as he thrashed.
